Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information shawndodd.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by AIA Consulting LLC, doing business as IronRanger Media ("we", "us"). Questions: shawndodd@ironrangermedia.com.

What we collect

What you give us. Your email address when you take the Life Code check or sign up for emails. Your name, email, phone number and any notes when you book a call. Your login details if you create a member account.
Payments. When you pay for a booking or subscription, your payment is handled by our payment processor through Wix. We never see or store your full card number.
How you use the site. Pages you visit, the device and browser you use, roughly where you are (city or country level), and how you got here. We collect this with cookies (see below).
Chat. Anything you type into the site chat.

Why we use it

To deliver what you asked for: your Life Code result, booked calls, reminders, and your account.
To send the short email series you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To see which pages help people and which don't, so we can improve the site.
To show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited the site, and to measure whether those ads work.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that run parts of the site for us:

Wix hosts the site, forms, bookings, member accounts, chat and email.
Google Analytics measures site traffic.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our ads and lets us show ads to past visitors.
Our payment processor handles payments.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

The Join buttons take you to our community on Skool (skool.com). Skool has its own privacy policy, and this one doesn't cover what happens there.

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use:

Essential: keeps the site working and secure, including logins and bookings (Wix session and security cookies).
Analytics: counts visits and shows how pages are used (Google Analytics, _ga).
Advertising: measures and targets our Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta Pixel, _fbp).

You can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies in the banner when you first visit. You can change your choice anytime by clicking the small privacy icon at the bottom of any page. Essential cookies can't be turned off.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as you have an account or are on our email list, plus up to 3 years for our records. Then we delete it.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from emails anytime using the link in any email.
Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing shawndodd@ironrangermedia.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have extra rights. Email us and we'll honor them.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
